Take Time to Restore the Inner You.
I have been
tremendously blessed with an abundance of spring events and travel. I am so grateful for all my clients and the thousands of audience members I have met and exchanged energy with.
Each week on the road, I spend an enormous amount of time alone recalibrating my nervous system and calling my energy back in. What that means is every time I walk off a stage, I drive in silence and stay in a hotel in silence. I spend time reviewing
the event and everyone I met. I first focus on what went well (the 90%s) and I honour myself for showing up each week. No matter what the weather, flight cancellations or what is going on at home, I always make it, and I am fully there for my audience. I take ruthless care of myself with nourishing food, lots of water, sleep and mindful practices. I show up fully present, and I have literally given from my heart.
I also take soulful
time alone reviewing what could have gone better and the odd challenging exchange. I make sure I don’t live in any energy of regret, shame or belittling myself in any way. I forgive myself if I feel I could have done better, and vow to change and do better next time. And then I let it go.
I rinse and repeat this routine every week. Now it is time for me to stop. It is time for me to call all of that energy back in.
It is time for me to head out into the yard to reset and restore my inner being.
Namaste,
Darci
