This is important for a large organization trying to market to its customers. What better way to show authenticity and a human connection than to feature the people who work with you?
And as I prepare to speak with a group of marketing directors, I'm reminded how powerful it is to bring your customers, your team, your leaders, and even your suppliers into your storytelling. Featuring the people who work with you is one of the most genuine ways to show who you really are.
